Day #1 of the Lose Weight and Find Yourself program is at hand. I am going to assume that you have already downloaded the book and read through it. I would strongly suggest you read it through again. It’s simple enough to understand. I must repeat the mantra you will all be saying to yourself through the entire plan. “IT IS ONLY 20 DAYS”. This is a DETOX plan that will quickly get your body into a clean state and enable you to transition into the diet of your choice.

If you are looking to lose a bunch of weight you can repeat this plan over and over until you reach your goal, but no one is ever saying you have to stay on this plan forever. It is a TEMPORARY restrictive diet that serves the purpose of detoxing sugar and helping you to become fat adapted. This means your body will look to burn fat (YOUR BODY FAT) as fuel instead of sugar from carbohydrates. The list of foods is clear. If it is NOT on the list then you can’t have it. (remember the 20-day mantra)

I would start by going through the food lists and write down all the foods you will eat. Do NOT eat foods you do not like just because it is on the list. Meals can be simple and quick to make. If planned properly this is also a very inexpensive plan to follow.

Then start making meal plans you and your family will enjoy.

Here are several Examples of how to put together a meal plan:

  • 4 oz. Baked, fried or grilled Chicken
  • Green beans
  • Mixed greens Salad
  • EVOO and ACV salad dressing


  • 4 oz steak
  • Steamed Broccoli and cauliflower mix
  • Simple side salad
  • ½ avocado topped with a pinch of pink Himalayan


  • 4 oz baked, fried or grilled salmon (or any fish you prefer)
  • Spiralized zucchini sautéed quickly in EVOO and garlic (YUM)
  • Sliced tomato

Spend some time on meal plans so you can shop for a few days at a time.
